Winter Wonderland Tree PSA
Due to upcoming inclement weather, Pekin Park District employees will begin removing tree sponsorship signs earlier than usual on Monday, January 2nd! (This is to help preserve the signs so they’re not buried in snow over the next few days).
Also, we ask that tree sponsors remove their personal tree decorations by January 6, 2025! This way, sponsors can recover their decorations for reuse next year before the trees are removed by Park District employees next week. Leaving your decorations on the trees can result in being put on the ‘naughty list’.
