The Illinois Department of Natural Resources will stock the Mineral Springs Park Lagoon with Trout in the third week of October. The regular fall season, with a daily keep limit of 5, begins at 5:00 a.m. Saturday, October 19th. Please remember that the MSP Lagoon does not open for fishing until 7:00 a.m. and is not a designated sight for the early access catch and release pre-season.
